Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Covenant House Vancouver is seeking a motivated and reliable Account Support Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, this role requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven, innovative, and possess strong research skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention. 2. Communicate effectively with clients to address any inquiries or concerns. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and increase revenue. 4. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity. 5. Assist in the development of account management strategies to drive growth and profitability. 6. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions. 7. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in account support or customer service. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus.
