Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Digital Extremes is seeking a dedicated and confident Account Support Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Entry Level position, the Account Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, while also assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to all questions and concerns. 2. Maintain and update client account information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times. 3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients. 4. Assist in the creation and delivery of client reports and presentations, highlighting key performance metrics and progress towards goals. 5. Handle billing and invoicing processes, resolving any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner. 6. Conduct regular analysis of client data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. 7. Provide ongoing support and training to clients on the use of our products and services. 8. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to client accounts. 9. Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
