Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess strong critical thinking and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to account managers by handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist with order processing, invoicing, and account maintenance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions - Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
