Job Description:
KPMG is seeking an Account Support Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of reliability and confidence.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to account managers and clients by handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Maintain and update client records and information in the company database. 3. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation for client meetings. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the account support function. 6. Make strategic decisions to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth. 7. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 5. Experience with CRM software is a plus. 6. Knowledge of basic accounting principles. 7. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service.
