Job Description - Account Support Representative

As an Account Support Representative at Fidelity Canada, based in Montreal, Quebec, you will be responsible for providing assistance to Fidelity's clients, ensuring their needs are met and their accounts are accurately maintained. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. 2. Assist clients in navigating Fidelity's online platform and provide support with account setup, management, and transactions. 3. Update client account information, process account changes, and ensure accuracy of all records. 4. Collaborate with other departments within Fidelity to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. 5. Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback to management.


Requirements: 1. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. 2. Dedication: Commitment to providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond to meet client needs. 3. Planning: Strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. 4. Critical thinking: Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and propose solutions. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 7. Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset.
