Account Support Representative

As an Account Support Representative at Fidelity Canada, based in Montreal, Quebec, you will be responsible for providing assistance to Fidelity's clients, ensuring their needs are met and their accounts are accurately maintained. Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. 2. Update client account information, process account changes, and ensure accuracy of all records. 4.
