Account Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team at PPG Industries in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing support to our key accounts and assisting with various sales and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategic account plans - Provide sales support by creating and maintaining sales reports, tracking customer orders, and processing invoices - Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for key accounts - Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction - Participate in customer meetings and sales calls as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Requirements: - Proven experience as an Account Support Representative or similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and resourceful attitude, able to problem solve and adapt to changing priorities - Ability to think strategically and contribute to account planning - Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
