Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a talented Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time position at the Associate Level offers a great opportunity for individuals with at least 3 years of relevant experience to contribute to our dynamic company.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing support and assistance with account-related inquiries - Manage customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of any issues - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and requests - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions - Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and optimizing client relationships - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by Live Nation Entertainment

Requirements: - Hardworking and dedicated individual committed to providing exceptional customer service - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking - Previous experience in account management or customer service roles preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
