Account Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Representative to join our team at Goodyear Tire & Rubber in Toronto, Ontario. As an Entry Level position, the Account Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and supporting our sales team in various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Assist the sales team with order processing and tracking - Maintain customer databases and update client information as needed - Prepare sales reports and assist with sales forecasting - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders - Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions - Support the sales team in generating leads and growing the customer base - Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or sales support role preferred - Resourceful and able to think creatively to solve problems - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong attention to detail - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
