Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to account managers and clients, assisting with account management tasks - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist in tracking and managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts - Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients - Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
