Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

As an Account Support Specialist at Farmers Insurance Exchange in Vancouver, British Columbia, you will play a key role in supporting our insurance agents and customers with their account needs. This part-time Associate level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to insurance agents and customers - Process account transactions accurately and efficiently - Assist with account maintenance and updates - Resolve account-related issues and inquiries in a timely manner - Collaborate with the sales team to support account growth and retention efforts - Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Use creativity to develop new strategies for account support and customer satisfaction
