Remote Account Support Specialist

Job description:

J.M. Smucker is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. We are looking for a motivated and confident individual with strong critical thinking and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to key accounts through remote communication channels - Assist in managing customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any account issues efficiently - Utilize data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for account growth - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers - Assist with account management activities, including order processing and inventory management - Provide regular updates on account performance and progress to management

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or account management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience with data analysis and reporting - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
