Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Las Vegas Sands is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to the Account Manager in servicing clients and resolving issues. 2. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 4. Assist in the preparation and delivery of client presentations and reports. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account management.
