Account Support Specialist

Roche Diagnostics is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Account Support Specialist in Toronto, Ontario. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to account managers in managing customer accounts - Assist in developing and executing sales strategies - Coordinate customer communications and follow-ups - Prepare sales reports and analysis - Assist in resolving customer issues and concerns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Strong communication and organizational skills - Leadership abilities and creativity to problem solve - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
