Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team at Cummins. This is a part-time position based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, ideal for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience. As a Remote Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat - Manage customer accounts and ensure all information is up to date - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and escalations - Identify and recommend solutions to customer issues - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Resourceful and independent individual who can work effectively in a remote setting - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Innovative thinker who can develop creative solutions to customer problems - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
