Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Kohl’s is seeking a dedicated and motivated Account Support Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is looking to gain valuable experience in the retail industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for customer account inquiries and issues. 2. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns. 3. Manage customer accounts and update information as needed. 4. Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Utilize problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise. 6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and provide a seamless experience.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Creativity and adaptability to changing situations. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
