Job Description - Account Support Specialist - Work from home

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our team at Cincinnati Financial. This is a remote, part-time position based in Toronto, Ontario, CA, ideal for individuals who are looking for a flexible work arrangement.


As an Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with account management tasks, and supporting our sales team in achieving their goals. Your main responsibilities will include:


- Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records in our database - Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals and presentations - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Providing administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars


To succeed in this role, you must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position and demonstrate the following qualities:


- Resilient and reliable nature to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues - Strong leadership skills to take initiative and drive results - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
