Job Description - Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Whole Foods Market is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This is a work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience. We are looking for individuals who are independent, resourceful, innovative, and cooperative.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to the sales team by managing accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth. 3. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement. 4. Create reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for account management. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
