Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as an Account Support Specialist at Weyerhaeuser. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility of working from home. The Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support to our sales team, assisting with customer inquiries, managing accounts, and helping with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information - Assist with processing orders and managing accounts - Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct research on potential clients and market trends - Help develop sales strategies and goals - Provide support for marketing initiatives - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Collaborate with other team members to achieve company objectives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or sales support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Motivated and confident attitude - Strong research and persuasion skills
