Job Description - Call Center Assistant

Job Description:


Xerox is seeking a dedicated and confident Call Center Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time position with entry-level seniority and no prior experience required. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients over the phone.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests - Provide information about products and services, process orders, and handle any complaints - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality service - Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and best practices - Assist in training new call center employees as needed


Requirements: - Confident and dedicated attitude towards customer satisfaction - Strong leadership skills to handle difficult situations and provide guidance to colleagues - Adaptability to changing work environments and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in basic computer skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
