Call Center Assistant

Job Description: As a Call Center Assistant at Graybar Electric in Toronto, Ontario, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients over the phone. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and process orders accurately and efficiently. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about products and services - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process orders accurately and input customer data into the system - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Meet or exceed performance targets and goals set by management

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customer needs - Driven and energetic personality with a passion for helping others - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
