Job Description:
St. Jude Medical is seeking a confident and passionate Call Center Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and online chat services. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide product information and technical assistance to customers. 3. Assist with order processing and tracking. 4. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. 5. Maintain accurate customer records in the database. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Confident and passionate attitude towards customer service.
