Job Description:
Public Service Enterprise Group is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The successful candidate will work remotely to assist our call center team in providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, issues, or complaints - Schedule appointments for customers and communicate with other departments to ensure timely resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office - Adaptable and hardworking, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn - Experience in people management and planning is a plus
