Remote Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Walgreens Boots Alliance is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution. 3. Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations. 5. Meet or exceed performance goals and quality expectations. 6. Provide feedback to management on process improvements.
