Call Center Assistant

Job description:

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Call Center Assistant to join our team at Nutrien in Montreal, Quebec. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a dynamic workplace that values teamwork and innovation.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Provide information about our products and services to customers. 4. Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues, escalating to supervisors when necessary. 5. Update customer records in the database accurately and efficiently. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service and operations efficiency. 7. Assist in training and mentoring new call center employees. 8. Maintain a positive and energetic attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. 3. Strong planning and organizational skills. 4. Emotional intelligence to handle difficult situations with customers. 5. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications. 8. Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
