Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Graham Construction is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Center Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for assisting with incoming calls, providing information to customers, and resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. 2. Provide information about products, services, and pricing. 3. Resolve customer issues or complaints with a positive attitude. 4. Document all interactions and maintain accurate records. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 6. Support other departments as needed, such as scheduling appointments or transferring calls. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. At least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team. 6. Demonstrated leadership and cooperation skills. 7. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.
