Job Description - Remote Call Center Assistant

Job Description:


As a Remote Call Center Assistant at CIBC in Toronto, Ontario, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service through telephone interactions with clients. This part-time, entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it ideal for individuals looking to begin their career in the banking industry.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from clients and provide assistance with their inquiries or concerns - Navigate through various systems to accurately access and update client information - Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance and confidentiality - Identify opportunities to promote banking products or services to clients - Document all interactions and resolutions in the customer database - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet service level goals


Requirements: - Driven and resourceful individual who is motivated to provide excellent customer service - Strong negotiation and decision-making skills to effectively handle client interactions - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally - Proficient in using computers and navigating through multiple software applications - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent qualification
