Job Description:
Franklin Resources is currently seeking a confident and passionate Call Center Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the Call Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients over the phone.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from clients and assist with inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and accurately. 3. Provide product information and guidance to clients when needed. 4. Update client records and maintain accurate data in the system. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment. 6. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in service delivery and customer experience. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using computer systems and databases. 6. Confidence and a positive attitude when dealing with clients. 7. Passion for providing top-notch customer service.
