Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

New York Life Insurance is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time position is entry-level, requiring no prior experience. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, assisting customers with inquiries and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Provide information about insurance products and services - Assist customers with policy changes, claims, and billing inquiries - Document all customer interactions accurately in the company database - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met - Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Resilient attitude when dealing with challenging situations - Excellent presentation skills - Demonstrated leadership abilities - Must be located in or willing to relocate to Toronto, Ontario, CA - Must be independent and able to work flexible hours
