Remote Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team at Travelers Cos. This is a part-time position based in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA, at the Associate Level with 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resourceful, possess strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with their inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve any issues they may have. 3. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, conduct surveys, or provide additional information as needed. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalations promptly. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Follow call center scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems. 5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 7. Experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
