Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Anthem is currently seeking a Call Center Assistant to work from home in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role who is passionate, energetic, and possesses strong planning and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer calls in a professional manner - Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or call center role - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home - Valid work authorization in Canada
