Job Description - Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


As a Call Center Assistant at Synnex, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. We are looking for confident and reliable individuals who possess strong communication skills and a knack for innovation.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and collect feedback on their experience. 3. Input customer data accurately into the system and maintain detailed records of interactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions. 5. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 4. Proficiency in using basic computer software and applications. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.
