Call Center Associate

Charter Communications is seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Key responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting them with their inquiries - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues - Providing information about products and services - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach - Driven and reliable work ethic - Ability to research and find innovative solutions to customer problems - Excellent problem-solving skills - Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent
