Job Description - Call Center Associate

Job Description:


Liberty Mutual Insurance Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Call Center Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers, assisting with inquiries, providing information on insurance products and services, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues - Provide information on various insurance products and services - Process payments, update customer information, and make changes to policies as needed - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call volume, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on insurance industry trends and regulations


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong people management skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism - Strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions - Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus, but not required - Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
