Job Description:

Raymond James Financial is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, providing outstanding customer service and support. - Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with clients. - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Meet established performance metrics and goals.

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. - Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership qualities. - Proficiency in using computer systems and customer management software. - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. - Must be dedicated, passionate, and committed to providing exceptional service to clients.
