Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

TravelCenters of America is seeking a passionate and driven Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This is a part-time position suitable for entry-level individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and provide exceptional customer service - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions - Use project management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution - Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain high-quality service standards

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications - Strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively - A positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service - Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates - Retirement plan available for part-time employees
