Job Description:
As a Remote Call Center Associate at Aetna, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone from the comfort of your own home in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time position offers flexibility in your work schedule and the opportunity to work remotely.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or feedback. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism. 3. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet customer needs. 4. Utilize company systems and resources to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary. 5. Complete all required training and adhere to company policies and procedures. 6. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Hardworking and resourceful individual who is able to thrive in a remote working environment. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively plan and prioritize tasks. 4. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home with a reliable internet connection. 5. Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required. 7. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. 8. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
