Job Description - Remote Call Center Manager

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a part-time Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a leader in the healthcare industry, Genesis Healthcare is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers and exceeding their expectations.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center representatives, ensuring they meet performance targets and provide excellent customer service - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor call center metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Train and coach call center staff to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer calls and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in call center management


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Hardworking and driven attitude with a passion for customer service - Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
