Job Description:
SpartanNash is seeking a part-time Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in call center management, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote call center agents and ensuring the highest level of customer service and efficiency.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote call center agents to achieve performance goals and objectives. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor call center metrics and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Provide ongoing training and support to call center agents to enhance their skills and knowledge. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of efforts. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to call center agents. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven track record of at least 8 years in call center management. 3. Excellent communication and analytical skills. 4. Strong leadership and motivational abilities. 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 6.
