Job Description:
Genworth Financial is seeking a highly motivated and independent Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in call center management.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center representatives to ensure efficient and effective customer service - Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and meet performance goals - Monitor call center metrics and analyze data to make informed decisions - Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes creativity and leadership - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Utilize call center technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience in call center management or a similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and motivate a remote team - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in call center technology and software - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of industry best practices and trends - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
