Job Description:
SanDisk, a leading technology company, is seeking a Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing leadership and support to a team of remote call center agents.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee a team of remote call center agents, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance, including monitoring key metrics, analyzing data, and implementing process improvements. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination between teams. 4. Train and onboard new call center agents, providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed in their roles. 5. Handle escalated customer calls and inquiries, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management, implementing new approaches to enhance efficiency and productivity. 8. Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of cooperation, collaboration, and respect among team members. 9. Embody a sense of adaptability and passion for customer service, inspiring your team to excel in their roles. 10. Drive negotiations and cooperation within the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in call center management or a related field. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on negotiation and cooperation. 5. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and achieving performance targets. 6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 7.
