Job Description - Remote Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Procter & Gamble is seeking a Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Mid-to-Senior Level Manager with at least 7 years of experience in a call center setting, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote agents and ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage and support a team of remote call center agents, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are being met - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, finding timely and effective resolutions - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training as needed - Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a call center environment - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and engage a remote team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Confidence in handling challenging situations with professionalism - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers and team members
