Job Description:
AutoNation in Montreal, Quebec is seeking a skilled and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center, including monitoring call center metrics, handling escalated calls, and ensuring KPIs are met. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and efficiency. 3. Train, coach, and mentor call center agents to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 4. Monitor and analyze call center data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination within the organization. 6. Implement quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of service. 7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in call center management. 3. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 4. Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 7.
