Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Call Center Manager to join our team at Nationwide. As a leading insurance company, we take pride in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely from your home in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center agents to ensure high quality customer service - Implement and maintain call center processes and procedures - Monitor call center metrics and performance to meet KPIs and goals - Provide ongoing training and coaching to call center agents - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in call center management - Resourceful and motivated personality traits - Strong strategic planning and organizational skills - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
