Job Description:
News Corp. is seeking a remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the Remote Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote call center representatives, ensuring a high level of customer service and efficiency in handling incoming calls.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of remote call center representatives, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure a high level of performance. 2. Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 3. Develop and implement new strategies and procedures to optimize call center operations and improve customer satisfaction. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner. 5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving business objectives. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a call center management role. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Ability to work remotely and manage a team of remote employees effectively. 4. Resilient and reliable personality traits. 5. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. 7. Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems.
