Job Description - Call Center Manager


Job Description: Marsh & McLennan is seeking a part-time Call Center Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level professional with at least 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of call center representatives to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business goals.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center. 2. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor call center performance metrics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions. 4. Train, coach, and mentor call center representatives to improve performance and meet targets. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 8. Develop strategies to increase call center productivity and customer satisfaction. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and adaptable personality traits. 2. Strong research and negotiation skills. 3. Proven experience in a call center or customer service management role. 4. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
