League is seeking a part-time Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in call center management. The ideal candidate for this role will be confident and resourceful, with excellent soft skills in persuasion and people management.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center agents, ensuring they meet performance goals and deliver excellent customer service - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor call center metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address issues - Train and coach call center agents to enhance their skills and performance - Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and escalations effectively - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner - Oversee scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and adherence to service level agreements - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to call center agents - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in call center software and tools - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote team members - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
