Labatt Breweries is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a leading brewery in Canada, Labatt Breweries values innovation, teamwork, and excellence in all that we do.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a remote call center team, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and performance - Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to call center agents - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes - Develop and implement training programs for call center agents to enhance their skills and knowledge - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Project management and negotiation soft skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
