Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at W.R. Berkley in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center and ensuring efficient and effective communication with our customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being driven and adaptable, as well as the soft skills of innovation and leadership.
Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the call center, including monitoring call volume, managing staff schedules, and ensuring optimal service levels are maintained - Train, motivate, and supervise call center staff to ensure high performance levels and excellent customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and efficiency - Analyze call center data and statistics to identify trends and make informed decisions to enhance customer satisfaction - Resolve customer complaints and address any issues that arise in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and call center software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
