Job Description - Remote Call Center Manager


Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and motivated Remote Call Center Manager to join our team at Baker Hughes in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As a Mid-to-Senior Level Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote call center agents and ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote call center agents to meet performance goals and objectives - Monitor and evaluate call center operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance the skills of call center agents - Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues - Analyze performance data and generate reports to guide decision-making - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management - Maintain a positive and productive work environment for remote team members


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in call center management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent people management and leadership abilities - Proficiency in research and data analysis - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of call center technology and software - Experience working in a remote or virtual setting is a plus
