Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Navistar International is seeking a part-time Call Center Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a call center environment.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center, including staff management, scheduling, and performance metrics - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction - Train and mentor call center agents to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality customer service - Monitor and analyze call center data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve complex issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations


Requirements: - Independent and hardworking personality traits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team - Strong persuasion and time management skills - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding call center KPIs
